IOC to Produce Jet Fuel: अब तक जिस खाने के तेल को लोग कचरे में फेंक देते थे, वही तेल जल्द ही हवाई जहाज उड़ाने में इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा. देश की सबसे बड़ी पेट्रोलियम कंपनी इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन (IOC) ने इतिहास रचते हुए बड़ा कदम उठाया है. हरियाणा के पानीपत स्थित रिफाइनरी को सस्टेनेबल एविएशन फ्यूल (SAF) तैयार करने के लिए इंटरनेशनल सर्टिफिकेशन मिल गया है. इस तरह की मान्यता पाने वाली IOC भारत की पहली कंपनी बन गई है.

IOC के चेयरमैन अरविंदर सिंह साहनी के मुताबिक, पानीपत रिफाइनरी में इस साल दिसंबर से इस्तेमाल किए हुए तेल से एविएशन फ्यूल का उत्पादन शुरू हो जाएगा. कंपनी का अनुमान है कि शुरुआती चरण में हर साल करीब 35,000 टन SAF बनाने की क्षमता विकसित हो जाएगी. इसके लिए बड़े होटल,रे स्टोरेंट और प्रमुख फूड चेन जैसे हल्दीराम से इस्तेमाल किया हुआ तेल इकट्ठा किया जाएगा. आमतौर पर यह वही तेल होता है जिसे एक बार तलने या पकाने के बाद दोबारा प्रयोग में नहीं लाया जाता.

इस्तेमाल किए हुए तेल की चुनौती

IOC का कहना है कि भारत में इस्तेमाल किया हुआ तेल पर्याप्त मात्रा में उपलब्ध है. असली चुनौती इसे छोटे कस्बों और ग्रामीण इलाकों से इकट्ठा करने की है. कंपनी इसके लिए एक विशेष सिस्टम पर काम कर रही है, ताकि तेल को व्यवस्थित तरीके से संग्रहित कर रिफाइनरी तक पहुंचाया जा सके.

क्या है सस्टेनेबल एविएशन फ्यूल?

सस्टेनेबल एविएशन फ्यूल (SAF) एक वैकल्पिक बायोफ्यूल है, जो पारंपरिक जेट फ्यूल की तुलना में काफी कम कार्बन उत्सर्जन करता है. इसका उत्पादन खाने का इस्तेमाल किया हुआ तेल, कृषि अवशेष और अन्य बायो-वेस्ट से किया जाता है. SAF को पारंपरिक एविएशन टर्बाइन फ्यूल में 50% तक मिलाया जा सकता है.

भारत सरकार की योजना

भारत सरकार ने वर्ष 2027 से इंटरनेशनल फ्लाइट्स के लिए बेचे जाने वाले ईंधन में कम से कम 1 फीसदी SAF मिश्रण अनिवार्य कर दिया है. इससे भारत का एविएशन सेक्टर ज्यादा पर्यावरण-हितैषी और टिकाऊ बन सकेगा. साहनी का कहना है कि यूरोपीय देशों ने पहले ही SAF को अनिवार्य किया हुआ है,इ सलिए भविष्य में यूरोपीय एयरलाइंस IOC का सस्टेनेबल फ्यूल खरीद सकती हैं.

यह पहल न केवल एविएशन इंडस्ट्री का कार्बन फुटप्रिंट घटाने में मदद करेगी बल्कि इस्तेमाल किए हुए खाने के तेल का बेहतर इस्तेमाल भी सुनिश्चित करेगी. माना जा रहा है कि आने वाले वर्षों में यह कदम भारत को ग्रीन एनर्जी हब बनाने की दिशा में मील का पत्थर साबित होगा.

India America Trade Deal: भारतीय शेयर बाजार के लिए आगामी सप्ताह काफी अहम रहने वाला है. बाजार की दिशा अमेरिका में ब्याज दरों में संभावित कटौती, भारत-अमेरिका और भारत-ईयू ट्रेड डील, और विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशकों (FII) की चाल से तय होगी. विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि अमेरिकी फेडरल रिजर्व की बैठक में ब्याज दरों में 25 आधार अंक की कटौती की संभावना है. 

हालांकि, अगर दरों में 50 आधार अंक की कटौती होती है तो यह बाजार के लिए एक बड़ा सरप्राइज़ होगा, जिससे अमेरिकी बाजारों में मजबूती आ सकती है और इसका सकारात्मक असर वैश्विक बाजारों पर पड़ सकता है. भारत और अमेरिका के बीच ट्रेड डील को लेकर बातचीत जारी है. केंद्रीय वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने हाल ही में बताया था कि पहला चरण नवंबर तक अंतिम रूप ले सकता है.

विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि यदि यह प्रवृत्ति जारी रहती है तो घरेलू बाजारों को अच्छा समर्थन मिल सकता है. बीते सप्ताह भारतीय शेयर बाजार ने शानदार प्रदर्शन किया. निफ्टी 373 अंक यानी 1.51 प्रतिशत की बढ़त के साथ 25,114 पर बंद हुआ. वहीं, सेंसेक्स 1,193.94 अंक यानी 1.48 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 81,904.70 पर पहुंच गया. 8 से 12 सितंबर के बीच अधिकांश सेक्टर ने सकारात्मक रिटर्न दिया. निफ्टी ऑटो में 2.07 प्रतिशत, निफ्टी आईटी में 4.26 प्रतिशत, निफ्टी पीएसयू बैंक में 2.94 प्रतिशत, निफ्टी पीएसई में 2.70 प्रतिशत, निफ्टी हेल्थकेयर में 1.79 प्रतिशत और निफ्टी इंडिया डिफेंस इंडेक्स में 7 प्रतिशत की मजबूती दर्ज की गई. 

मिडकैप और स्मॉलकैप इंडेक्स ने भी शानदार प्रदर्शन किया. निफ्टी मिडकैप 100 इंडेक्स 1,152 अंक यानी 2.02 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 58,227.20 पर बंद हुआ, जबकि निफ्टी स्मॉलकैप 100 इंडेक्स 334.65 अंक यानी 1.90 प्रतिशत की मजबूती के साथ 17,989.90 पर पहुंच गया. कुल मिलाकर, अगले सप्ताह अमेरिकी ब्याज दरों में बदलाव, व्यापार समझौतों की प्रगति और विदेशी निवेशकों का रुख भारतीय शेयर बाजार की दिशा तय करेगा. विशेषज्ञ निवेशकों से सतर्क रहने और वैश्विक घटनाक्रमों पर नज़र बनाए रखने की सलाह दे रहे हैं.

SEBI action on Finfluencer: SEBI ने एक बार फिर फिनफ्लुएंसर्स की दुनिया में बड़ा झटका दिया है. इस बार निशाने पर आए हैं मशहूर निवेश ट्रेनर अवधूत साठे, जिनकी करजत स्थित ट्रेडिंग एकेडमी पर 20-21 अगस्त को SEBI ने दो दिन तक सर्च ऑपरेशन चलाया. आरोप है कि अवधूत साठे अपनी अकादमी के ज़रिए निवेशकों को गुमराह कर रहे थे और स्टॉक टिप्स को एजुकेशन की आड़ में बेच रहे थे.

शेयर बाजार में लंबे समय से सक्रिय फिनफ्लुएंसर अवधूत साठे खुद को 'फाइनेंस ट्रेडर, ट्रेनर और मेंटर' बताते हैं. उनकी ट्रेडिंग एकेडमी 'अवधूत साठे ट्रेनिंग एकेडमी' (ASTA) सोशल मीडिया पर लाखों लोगों की फॉलोइंग रखती है. यूट्यूब पर 9.37 लाख और फेसबुक पर 4.78 लाख से ज्यादा फॉलोअर्स हैं. साठे 1991 से ट्रेडिंग कर रहे हैं और 2008 से सेमिनार के जरिए निवेशकों को ट्रेनिंग दे रहे हैं.

SEBI की टीम ने भारी बारिश के बावजूद करजत स्थित उनके गुरुकुल रेसिडेंशियल सेंटर पर छापा मारा और ट्रेडिंग से जुड़ा रिकॉर्ड ज़ब्त किया. SEBI अधिकारियों का शक है कि यहां स्टॉक मार्केट की पढ़ाई के नाम पर असली में निवेश सलाह दी जा रही थी, जो बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन अवैध है.

क्या बोले अवधूत साठे?
छापे के बाद 22 अगस्त को जारी एक वीडियो में साठे ने कहा, "आप सब जानते हैं कि हम कोई एडवाइजरी सर्विस नहीं देते. हम पूरा सहयोग कर रहे हैं." उन्होंने कहा कि SEBI यह जांचने आया था कि कहीं उनकी संस्था निवेश पर सलाह तो नहीं दे रही.

SEBI के Whole-Time Member कमलेश वर्शनेय ने बिना नाम लिए कहा, "अगर आप एजुकेशन दे रहे हैं, तो कोई दिक्कत नहीं. लेकिन अगर एजुकेशन के नाम पर गारंटीड रिटर्न, स्टॉक खरीदने या बेचने की सलाह या लाइव डेटा के जरिए ट्रेडिंग कर रहे हैं तो यह SEBI के नियमों का उल्लंघन है." उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि बड़ी मछलियों पर कार्रवाई करके SEBI बाकी फिनफ्लुएंसर्स को संदेश देना चाहता है, नजर हम सब पर है.

70,000 से ज्यादा फिनफ्लुएंसर्स हटाए गए

SEBI चेयरमैन ने पहले ही बताया था कि हर महीने करीब 5,000 अनरजिस्टर्ड फिनफ्लुएंसर्स पर कार्रवाई की जा रही है. इससे पहले अब तक 70,000 से ज्यादा अनरजिस्टर्ड फिनफ्लुएंसर्स लोगों को हटाया जा चुका है, वो भी गूगल और मेटा की मदद से. SEBI ने इस कार्रवाई के जरिये गैर-कानूनी और अवैध कार्य करने वाले फिनफ्लुएंसर्स को संदेश देने की कोशिश की है.
